What it is
- A colour negative film, processed C-41, rated ISO 640 — everyday.
- Balanced for daylight at 5500K.
- Light halation (0.12) around the brightest points.
- Fine grain (0.044).
How astra renders it
Not a colour overlay. Each stock has its own tone curve, a channel-mixing matrix for crosstalk between layers, halation modelled as a bloom off the film backing, and grain with per-channel weights. It is applied on the GPU at display time — the photo stored and downloaded is the untouched original.
Getting it
